Fascia Release
Therapies

This combination of manual therapies has been developed by Caroline over the years as an alternative to the conventional treatments such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic and massage therapy.
They effectively work with the body to equalise tension in the soft tissue, making it easier to: relieve pain, release tension, re-align bones, relax and rejuvenate the body, re-boot the lungs and calm the mind.

What is fascia?

Fascia's place and purpose within the body has only come to light in the past 20 years.  It is a highly dynamic, supportive tissue that plays a key role in movement, flexibility, and structural integrity across the body.  In simple terms it coats everything within the body.   It is now know to be the largest sensory organ in the body, over and above the skin and the eyes.  Fascia's complex structure and mechanical properties enable it to adapt to a wide variety of functions, but it requires care and maintenance for optimal health.
You can read more about it's other major properties and characteristics here.
